Check-in and Check-out

- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform the front desk in advance for any special requests.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be made through our official website, phone, or email.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a 1-night charge.
No-show guests will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
Payment is due at the time of check-in for the total cost of the stay.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a courteous manner and respect the comfort of other guests.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
Guests are asked to refrain from bringing pets, except for service animals with prior approval from the management.
Safety and Security
The resort is equipped with 24/7 security and surveillance systems to ensure guest safety.
The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk.
Damage and Loss
Any damage to resort property caused by guests, either intentionally or by accident, will be charged to the guest’s account.
Lost or damaged room keys will incur a replacement fee.
Amenities and Services

Access to certain amenities may require prior reservations or additional fees. Please check with the front desk for availability and pricing.
Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
