1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM).
  • Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
  • Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Check-Out Time: By 12:00 (12:00 PM).

2. Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

• Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of accommodation reserved.
• Please check the specific conditions related to your booking at the time of reservation.

3. Children and Additional Beds

• Child Policy: Children of any age are welcome.
  • Children aged 6 years and above will be considered adults for pricing purposes.
• Cot and Extra Bed Policy:
  • 0 – 5 years: Cot available upon request – Free of charge.
  • 6 – 10 years: Extra bed available upon request – USD 10 per child, per night.
  • 11+ years: Extra bed available upon request – USD 50 per person, per night.
  • Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total booking amount and must be paid for separately during your stay.
  • Availability of cots and extra beds is subject to confirmation.

4. No Age Restriction

• There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.

5. Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Liability

• Gokarna Forest Resort shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during your stay unless directly caused by negligence on the part of the resort.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to property or facilities during their stay.

8. Use of Facilities

• Use of certain facilities, such as the spa, golf course, and other recreational activities, may be subject to additional charges and availability.
• Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and safety guidelines for all facilities.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Nepalese law and international standards like GDPR and CCPA.

10. Force Majeure

Gokarna Forest Resort shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

11. Right to Cancel or Modify Reservations

Gokarna Forest Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or if a reservation contains or results from a mistake or error (such as an incorrect price or booking date). In such cases, we will notify the guest and may provide an opportunity to rectify the error, subject to availability.

12. Amendments

The resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be available on our website or at the reception.
